Lazylabs managed the end-to-end execution of the digital transformation project, which is crucial for our bank, with a perfect operating model, in collaboration with all of my peers. Their ownership of the project, the correct transfer of their knowledge due to their banking background, their relationships with their stakeholders, and our bank teams' self-development have all been quite beneficial.
